1. In the case where the service amount is less than 50,000 Baht, the client must pay the service charge amount in full prior to our team providing the translation service.
2. In the case where the service amount exceeds more than 50,000 Baht, there will be a 50% service charge deposit amount.
3. In the case of having agreed to use our service and already having made the payment, our translation or visa service reserves the right not to refund.
4. We will be responsible for any damages according to the translation service charge amount only.
5. NYC Translation will translate documents according to the original document only.
6. NYC Translation will only be able to edit the translation within 30 days of the translation delivery date.
7. In the event that the client wants to edit the translation after more than 30 days, the service charge will be 50% of the original price agreed upon when using the service.
